Axis - Elevation, parabola by station and height at the end

A parabola element will be added. The parabola is unique defined by its start point, its slope at the begin and the end point.

Station increment DS or station S	DS represents the station increment on the horizontal axis, S is the absolute value of station. Default: 0.0 [m]
Level Z	Absolute level at the end point of the parabola element Default: 0.0 [m]
